Persistent Vision combines data from multiple sensor types into a unified platform that distinguishes between authorized and unauthorized activity in software defined areas of interest.  

Combining data from thermal cameras, IP cameras, electronic vehicle tags, access control ID badges, mobile phone applications and SMS text messaging, Persistent Vision creates a rules-based approach to secure access, intrusion detection and situational awareness during normal operations and emergency situations.  Persistent Vision can minimize the requirement for security personnel by augmenting and supporting their functions.

Deploying this automated security system and creating a process that integrates the technology into your operating procedures can improve your security profile and reduce costs.  Persistent Vision can create virtual fencing to monitor access to specific areas of interest.  In an emergency, the system can be used in conjunction with first responders to provide situational awareness and enable public safety announcements to minimize risk.

Persistent Vision can be provisioned to alert when an individual is where he is permissioned for and when he moves to an area he is not permissioned for.  The system will immediately detect an intruder in any area.  Persistent Vision does this through the creation of a registry of known personnel and a rules database that grants permissions by personnel type.  It can be provisioned by building management for guests and technicians based on functional areas.
